Rik Leaf is a passionate advocate for creativity and the value of taking risks through all stages of life. The central theme in everything he does is to empower and encourage individuals to discover the unique opportunities their talents, interests and abilities can provide for them in their personal and professional lives.

A professional performer, producer, recording artist and author, Rik has spent over 18 years producing CDs, TV shows, short feature films, podcasts, multi-cultural arts presentations and a series of online travel videos. He is a published author, educational presenter and motivational speaker with a over a decade of community engagement and development advocacy.

In 1998 he founded, Tribe of One, a Canadian performance collective featuring French, English, First Nation and Métis musicians, dancers, painters and poets who fuse the rich heritage of indigenous cultures with modern forms of artistic expression.
