AT THE HOP

At The Hop is also a new show that has been taking Manitoba towns by storm since 2013. At The Hop features Adam T. and Marsha Lynn with The Good Rockin’ Tonite Band in a 3 hour “50’s Sock Hop” show and dance. We encourage everyone to get up and dance to the music as we play all the greatest hits of the 50’s and 60’s.

A blast from the past puts our audience in the mid 60's Sock hop and At The Hop is the opening act for Elvis Presley. Performing a couple of sets, they band finds out that Elvis' Cadillac has broken down and will be late. At The Hop keeps the night going until Elvis arrives in Kingly fashion and brings down the house in an amazing high energy set. At The Hop features music and songs by Danny and the Juniors, Jerry Lee Lewis, Bill Haley, Little Richard, Johnny Cash, Chubby Checker, The Beatles, Connie Francis, The Crystals, Chubby Checker, Gene Vincent, Beach Music of the Beach Boys, Surfaris, and more. Slip on you poodle skirts, slick back your hair with a little Brylcreme, and slip on your Blue Suede Shoes as At The Hop takes you back to a better time when life was easier, and people looked forward to Saturday Night to dance away all their blues.
